Transmit block upconverter (BUC) for a Cobham Satcom stabilized maritime antenna. The BUC converts the modem’s L-band transmit signal up to the satellite uplink band and amplifies it for transmission through the feed. It is mounted on the antenna and is a primary replacement item when a system can receive but not transmit.
